How to permanently delete your Uhura account and the data associated with it.
Sign in at app.uhura.ai and go to Settings → Privacy & Data → Delete account. The same password confirmation applies.
Email contact@uhura.ai from the address on the account and we will erase it for you. We may ask you to confirm ownership of the address first — this is to stop someone else deleting your account.
Your saved conversations and transcripts, your contact list, push-notification device tokens, any pending verification codes, and the personal details on your profile — your name and email address. This happens immediately and cannot be undone.
Records we are legally required to retain for accounting — such as the credit ledger showing purchases and usage — are kept, with your name and email removed so they can no longer be traced back to you. They contain no conversation content. Nothing else is retained.
