We collect your name, email address, and language preferences to provide the service. Session translation data is processed in real-time and is not stored by default. Transcripts are only saved if you explicitly enable the feature in your settings.
Your data is used solely to provide translation services, manage your subscription, and send service-related communications. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties except as required to provide the service (e.g., our payment processor, Stripe).
Your translated content is processed by your account's configured translation provider (Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure, or DeepL). Please review the respective provider's privacy policy for information on how they handle translation data.
Payment information is handled exclusively by Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor. We do not store your card details.
Guests who join via invite link are not required to create an account. No personally identifiable information is collected from guests beyond what is necessary to provide the translation service during the session.
Account data is retained for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your data at any time via Settings > Privacy & Data > Delete Account.
